ALCOHOL AND FITNESS
Too much of anything is bad. Even though fitness is and will always be my biggest passion, I believe that you have to blow some steam off once in a while. Keeping NEW YEARS EVE 2016 in mind, I’m releasing today’s video about how to STAY THIN but have a hard night of partying at the same time. Even with the most hardcore diet and exercise regime, if you know the SCIENCE of fitness, you can afford to drink as much as you feel like, and wake up the next day, LEAN AND SATISFIED.
People who gym, generally know the tricks. But this video is primarily for novices. These life-hacks can be used by both MEN and WOMEN to drink freely, without the fear of getting a beer-belly. Let BeerBiceps explain.
I do not support or recommend alcohol consumption. Drinking alcohol and fitness ideally don’t go hand in hand. Bodybuilding and alcohol, even lesser. Ideally, its not meant to be in your body. What I do recommend is happiness. And happiness comes from balance. Just how too much fitness is bad, too much alcohol will lead to many bad things. Including that belly fat. Know your limits.

Check out his older videos. On top of that he chose to go long hairs with clean shaven face.... Now I realize why so many guys of my age used to be so fanatical about having a beard XD 😂😂😂😂😂 Cuz it's hard to be clean shaven and still look manly for some people. Me personally never had that issue. I have never been not clean shaven lol.

Alcohol is chemical entering in the body , hence extra load is put on the lever- for next many hours lever works hard to get rid of this chemical( alcohol) , in this process other nutrients we take be it protien , complex carbs or good fats all are ignored by the lever and these vital nutrients don't get absorbed properly. Thats the reason alcohol has overall bad effects. Cheers

I have 3 light tallboys about 4 to 5 times a week. 3 are about 450 calories. They fit into my calorie intake per day. I'm never left feeling hungry. I stay hydrated, eat lots of raw veggies and protein. I cannot deprive my self of my beloved beer yet I need to be fit. I can consistently lose weight, get toned, and feel generally pretty amazing in my mid 40s.

This was exactly what i needed, thanks man. I am a heavy drinker like having half bottle everyday. And also i workout daily. Lost around 20 Kgs in 2 months but i started getting fat again cause of alcohol and now i know those chips and fries are making me fat🤣 also I’ll drink with water from tomorrow on been drinking with coke for 7 years

To some extent same here. Bro...when became concious I was drinking a quarter everyday... Anyway as I was a cricketer in younger days... I tried to modify those cricketing drills of say running between wickets to suit at mid 30 s age...say I do high intensity interval training as they named it by running 22 yards fr 3 run.. Cool down and repeat.. No fixed no of reps... Just fixed timing of 30 mins to that overall

Yuss thank you. Prevent fat and carb intake when drinking and its not that bad. Tonight I will be over my calories but I won't eat carbs or fat and my liver will process the alcohol without storing carbs or fat as energy. *because your body has to process the alcohol first.

Wtf beer does make you fat. In the uk every pub, bar and clubs serve beer in pints 450ml and that has over 300 calories and also people have on average 3-5 pints on a night out and that's well over a 1000 calories and if you include the food that you've eaten all day then your consuming nearly 4000 calories so there you go beer does make you fat

Hey brother, thank you so much firstly. Its always best to avoid alcohol if you wanna get the most out of keto. Watch my video on how to select protein shakes. You can manage without them but if you're lifting its best to have them. Dont gym everyday, 5-6 days a week is enough. Good luck brother! :)

Hey buddy, thanks for sharing this useful video. I'm sure your are doing a noble task of spreading awareness, particularly among the Indian population. I myself take fitness seriously, have been training for over 10 years now. Few things, I'd say - a) ALCOHOL - in any form is bad for you. PERIOD. Be it Vodka (as you illustrate in this video) or 'Beer' (sorry, but true) Why? Alcohol is "EMPTY" calories, most likely from Sugars (as Carbs) if you drinking - Vodka, Beer, Rum etc. However, if you drink 'Red Wine' it is not necessarily from Sugar (or only minimal), so one may argue it is relatively better. Nevertheless, ALL fall under 'Empty' calories, and offer you ZERO nutritional value, therefore quite useless for the body. Also, it's harder to metabolise. That's not all, it shrinks the tissue/cell-walls of your muscle, therefore making it harder for any form of 'nutrition' to be absorbed for repair/re-development Do I mean, should we all stop drinking Alcohol? Well that's an individuals' choice. If your Goal is to win Olympic Gold, one would be only stupid to do it b) SODA - Is as harmful as alcohol, is not less. Synthesised sugar is terribly useless for the body. There isn't enough research, to conclusively prove that this is major cause of 'obesity' and potential cause of heart related illness. Moreover, has enough artificial and synthesised 'junk' in it, I'm leaning towards, might as well be a potential 'carcinogen'. So in short, stay AWAY from both, particularly on gym days. Above two won't help no matter in what ratio/amount I hope the other viewers too find this useful, you may well validate this. Thanks again for making this video, hope you make more of these, so people can learn and appreciate, otherwise I see India is heading towards a 'obese' nation like the West

Slightly confused!! Tip 1 you said 60 ml Vodka = 120 Calories.. Tip 2 you said 30 ml of Vodka = 140 Calories.. Which one's right??!

What about the liver damage that happens with alcohol and when liver is damaged then it cannot help in metabolism leading to hormonal imbalance and fat increase
