Can You Sue Your Employer If You Quit Your Job?

I live in Champaign, IL. My previous employer basically lied and said I quit, it caused me to lose everything. I couldn’t receive unemployment benefits because he put in the system I quit… can I sue?? If so what could I sue for? I have evidence to back this up as well

Say I’ve been cut hours in my work severely and it’s been stressful to the point where I want to quit Can I sue for that?

​@edhones question they fired me twice 2 1/2 years ago got my job back 1st time arbitration seen it was wrong then waited a month for retaliation and lied and fired me again and 2 1/2 years later won my arbitration again with back pay so got my job back twice can I sue for damages in court?

Can you get unemployment if you were hired as a remote employee and now it is mandatory that you come into the office five days a week and you live 200 miles away?
