Today on Hearts of Iron 4 I'll attempt to win as Poland in the 1939 start date. Can it be done in 2022 after the No Step Back DLC update with the new supply system how will we do?

Few tips 1) Use maintenance company to get more german equipment from encirclements 2) at the start spam out trainig of divisions (the bigger width the better). When you will have only Łódź-Warsaw line, cancel it to get more manpower, and then slowly train more divs using captured equipment 3) when you spamed out training at the start, you can release free Ukraine and Belarus to deny Germany from capturing it (realising it as puppets may trigger war with USSR). Wilno will stay as your territory (core). If Stalin will justify for it, you can give it to Lothuania, if it is arleady Eaton by Stalin, you can realese Lithuania there, or just give it to USSR 4) when later in the game you can ask allies to give you some territory, to get more factories 5) when the Germany isn't attacking you, you can try the very Old tactic with trainig in the field your divs, loosing your entranchment, but its risky and can lead to your downfall 6) Save your planes to the moment when you will try to attack them. 7) move your navy asap to British ports, and then raid germans convoys to infilct some casulties 8) I think it might be good to invest in some AA support companies, but not sure if you can get enough of them to fill your divs. Maybe at least few of then and use them as your attack units I think it is all for now. Great idea with spies to deny their attack bonuses, i was doing it when La Resistance haven't come out yet and i wouldnt think about it now.

I recently did the same scenario and had the same experience. Held out in the 3 tiles, thought now im unbreakable after holding for 2 years put on 5 speed and suddenly they broke me when not paying attention. But the I thought why not actually try the Warsaw uprising. And man that's OP. You get the whole country back instantly plus 300k veteran army spawning.

used the tank glitch had 50k + tanks and like 200k field units on got absolutely stomped in less than a month. I swear with historical mode on theirs a hidden bonus to their attack. Every defense buff I could possibly stack. lvl 3 forts along the entire row. Didn't even hold em for a week.

@@IxGxNxI The Method I used idk if you can do it but I triggered a civil war when germany declares on you on the first hour of the game by deleting my entire army and remaking it. Expand as much as you can in hungary and russia. declare on germany and hope to god you can inflict 1.8 mil casualties before the allies naval invade and cap germany
