So if youre working for a small company without an IT dept, can you assume the boss is an admin? What about big corporations, are the admins only the IT or also your team leader?

This definitely varies from organization to organization so we can't say for certain. Usually in smaller start-up situations your boss is likely to be an admin.

Do you think it is possible for your employer to listen to you 24/7 even when you're not in a call in teams if you allow microphone access from the settings on your iphone and keep it on at all times? Teams for our organization was not installed through an MDM at that time.Thanks in advance.

That would violate so many basic codes of human decency! While phone tapping isn't an area we are experts in, they can't tap your microphone through Microsoft Teams!

There should be a big red dot on the top left cornet of your call, indicating it is being recorded!

If you are having those conversations inside Microsoft Teams, the office hours doesn't really make that big of a difference :)
