I will continue to stand by my guy Yuta, I think Yuta vs Kenjaku is close and will definitely come out with either winner looking rough. But my argument for Yuta just comes down to, we haven’t see Yuta go a lot against anyone yet. Even in Sendai Yuta based on his actions and approach to the fight, he was constantly holding back a little whether that be saving RCT in the beginning, trying not to kill Ryu or Uro immediately, or indulging Ryus desires, the killing intent was low the whole time. Against Kenjaku we’ll see a special grade vs Special grade fight where it’s no holds and a winner needs the kill scenario, which is where we’ll get a true sense why Yuta is just below Gojo. Agree with me or not, I know the fight will be fire and I won’t really be mad if Yuta holds the L in the end but I confidence in him.

Ryu is probably special grade too. Dude has domain expansion and an extremely powerful CT. I would put him close to Yuki and Geto as a lower end special grade. Guy could and would absolutely delete any Grade 1 sorcerer.

Yuta is still a prodigy sorcerer and has a refined domain of his own. Additionally, Kenjaku himself implied Yuki would’ve performed better if she used her domain instead of using simple domain.

Getou had collected curses for years and used all of his special grades etc on Yuta who had trained for a VERY short amount of time, a few months I believe. We haven't seen Yuta's other techniques or cursed tools and he didn't need them defeating special grades one of whom had the greatest cursed energy output of all time, including kenjaku etc. He came out the fight fine after tanking blasts and barely utilising cursed techniques. kenjaku surviving the black hole is pretty much entirely due to having a counter technique. *If barrierless domains are so good then why didn't he just fight gojo instead of imprisoning him?* We know despite him being near tengen's level with barriers that he was CERTAIN he'd lose to gojo who doesn't have such a statement, he would lose a domain expansion battle with him still... To assume he wins a domain fight with yuta following this is pure speculation. Yuta could tank small uzumakis for sure, he tanked blasts from ryu, he could also bend them the same way he did with ryu's, so other than being a surprise this isn't that threatening at all. Yuta is a prodigy on levels that are absolutely insane, he's stronger than gojo a year older than him, and better than him in the present in multiple ways despite only finding out about jujutsu sorcery a year prior. In a very short time he reached a level such that one of the 4 special grade sorcerers lost to him using the majority of all the curses he collected over YEARS. Would you guess Yuta would have all this after a month or two in 0? No. Would you pick him to lose against getou before seeing the fight? Yes. What happened? As far as normal assumptions go, they pretty much get thrown out the window with him. Gojo got a domain stronger than getou's, who says Yuta cannot do the same? We haven't seen Yuta go all out, to say it isn't close is purely speculative, we don't have a good comparison and we don't even know what either has in their arsenal at this point.

Don't forget that yuta isn't the only one who could copy someone's CT. In the moment after kenjaku absorbed mahito, he used his idle transfiguration techniques immidietely. What's even scarier is the fact that he has absorbed alot of high grade curses. He still won againts tengen, Yuki, and choso on 3v1 while having few of his special grade curses roaming freely at the culling game.

We need more from Yuta, although Kenjaku has a superior domain, during the triple domain exapansion we can see that Yuta does not have a barrierless domain. Yuta will have to go all out from the get go, Kejaku won't mess around like he did with Choso. Plus Kenjaku even has the info from Geto figting Yuta. Yuta hasn't used his full arsenal as yet. Kenjaku hasn't as yet. Yuta fought Geto and won. Even if Kenjaku says that Geto could have won if he had all his curses to use, we still gotta remember that was Yuta with just about a year of training. The Yuta we have now is bodying Geto with or without all his curses spirits. The Yuta we have now is going toe to toe and bodying special grade sorcerers and curses with mild difficulty. The same can be said about Kenjaku bodying Yuki. We can't definitely say who would win but we can say that based off of Gojo's statement and Maki's statement, they either believe Yuta is HIM or Kenjaku has to be defeated through unconventional means. The issue with this is we are under the assumption that Yuta didn’t copy other powerful techniques before this showdown starts. We know Kenjaku has 3 techniques he can use. Body Snatching, Gravity, and Curse Manipulation. We don’t know how many more techniques Yuta acquired during his year away. With that being said if Yuta managed to copy a technique on Yuki Tsukumo’s scale he would most likely be able to deal with Kenjaku as he stated. But if that isn’t the case, Kenjaku will take that win due to being able to form a Domain without a barrier.

if Yuta’s copy technique can go through a wider catalogue of CTs he acquired from the past, then he stands a chance at beating Kenjaku. Yuta has more cursed energy, in my opinion it boils down to who can use more techniques since both fighters have abilities revolving around multiple CTs. Kenjaku is crazy with 3 (possibly 4) CTs already, but Yuta is also a force to be reckoned with, especially if he still has access to Cursed Speech, Sky Manipulation, Dhruv’s technique, and so on.

Idk, "not close" doesn't seem right to me at all. The story seems to be setting up the idea that it _will_ be close. Gojo saying "have you forgot who beat up that body?", Kenjaku misunderstanding where Yuta's power comes from, the stuff Uro and Ryu said about how Yuta is too nice... I think one of 2 things happens. He either loses to Kenjaku because of his selflessness (he sacrifices his life to protect others and the sacrifice is worthwhile) or he wins because of that same selflessness and desire to live for others, proving Ryu and Uro wrong. There's just no way Gege is going to build up one of the most important protagonists to have him die even quicker than Yuki. That's a pointless waste of 2 well-liked characters that doesn't do anything for us narratively other than say "villains are strong" multiple times. It's not even subversion at that point, it's just narratively very uninteresting. Even if JJK is designed to be a tragedy (which it isn't), writing a whole story about how our heroes are simply powerless to stop the forces of evil, without there even being a noble struggle against it and some significant triumphs, is a completely empty story.

People say yuta fought unfairly and snuck kenjaku but theres multiple reasons for this to be false. First is the fact that kenjaku literally saw Yuta before he even drew his sword or attacked and still was able to react and cast anti gravity but then was blitz by yuta and got his head cut off. He literally reacted and used his technique then was blitzed after. Even if you dont believe this the reason yuta used takaba to stall kenjaku was because kenjaku ran the entire time. He literally said it himself he was hiding and running from fights so he wouldn't be killed thats why maki said they couldn't fight him head on because he always either had a plan or a way to escape. This is why yuta didn't kill kenjaku before this because kenjaku was running. He couldn't fight these guys head on so he either made escape plans or just outright dodged the fight. He did this with gojo, Yuki and everyone else after the culling games started. He wouldn't even show his presence unless he fully belived he could win. He knew guys like Yuki, Yuta, Maki and Gojo could beat him head on so he had to either run or be tactical. Yuki would've beat kenjaku in normal circumstances but due to wanting to follow tengen's plan she held herself back which kenjaku exploited. Yuta knew without a doubt he could kill kenjaku 1v1 but knew kenjaku knew this as well and would never face him head on similar to gojo so he decided to stall kenjaku until he fould face him head on without anything in their way and yuts won with ease. Kenjaku is strong no doubt he's arguably top 10 in the entire series but the difference is a guy like yuta is top 5 in the show and at FP he can beat guys like Hakari, Kashimo, Toji and a pre sukana maharoga and even believed he could help gojo by facing maharoga to get him off gojo. Yuta was always the one behind gojo, always the second strongest sorcerer who had the potential to surpass gojo. It was already implied due to the fact he beat a FP geto while barely even being a sorcerer and not having much abilities at all, he did this and never actually got to kill geto so this was his chance. He also greatly improved his arsenal gaining more control over rika, copying countless abilities like cursed speak and sky manipulation as well as having he physical abilities to box guys like Ryo who was renowned as having the highest CE output of his era i believe and was able to solo break the three way deadlock between those 3 who were easily some of if not the strongest of their era. And mind you he did this without using majority of his curse tools or majority of his abilities.

I'm not a fan on either of these characters but based on what I saw, Yuta must have been starting to draw his blade when Kenjaku sensed him. So I think that because they are pretty equal in speed, Yuta made it look like that he was faster. Try to imagine you in Kenny's situation. Imagine someone who is similar to you in speed sneak up behind you. When you sensed it's someone trying to hunt you down, your brain would still take time to process and ofcourse you also need to turn around to do something. Not possible to defend against it isnt it? For this reason, I don't think Yuta blitzed Kenjaku.

Plus he won that fight without using his own cursed techniques, since he's been using geto's and kaori itadori's techniques instead. Yuta is strong, yes, but not Kenjaku strong. Kenjaku was probably using 60-70% effort against those 3 super strong individuals. AND even though he has over 10,000 curses at his disposal, he rarely ever uses more than 1 or 2 at a time. Other than his domain, I don't agree with the justifications for why Kenjaku slams at all. Stamina goes to Yuta easily. He's used RCT more times in one fight than anyone we've ever seen, along with multiple uses of different cursed techniques, his domain, and a cursed energy blast. Ryu and Uro are not just anyone. Ryu is one of the hardest hitters in the entire series and thin ice breaker seems capable of doing immense physical damage to pretty much everyone. Both were impressed by his sheer durability. Yuta is FAR more skilled and in-control overall now than he was when he fought Geto. He's on a completely different level from then. Rika is more in sync with him too as a fighter. The problem with Kenjaku's statement about Yuta not being all that is that he can't know how much more powerful he is now. Also one last thing about domains. Even Gojo can't create a barrierless one lol. If it was as simple as that, why would Kenjaku think it would be literally impossible to beat him even with all the disaster curses helping? Why wouldn't he just open his domain against Gojo on sight?

This is why I think the fight is close. Yuta is a much better match up against Kenjaku than Yuki was. His CSM will be virtually useless against Yuta besides distractions. Yuta won't get cut in half like Yuki did due to his reinforcement. Lastly, people overlook this but Yuki could have clashed against Kenjaku's domain. Kenjaku would've most likely won but a Domain clash regardless would drain him. Like you said, Yuta has crazy Stamina so he might be able to outlast Kenjaku

These videos are incredibly entertaining to watch, and I would love to see this fight, but in the end, it is a matter of plot armor. I mean, always, at the last second, the protagonist or antagonist has something to counter a deathblow. Sometimes, it makes sense. Sometimes it doesn't, but it always works. These last battles in the manga have been a blast. And I can't wait to see the fight of all the remaining characters and the end result specially since this manga is supponse to end this year, and there's a lot of ground to cover and just a little time, hope they don't just rush things in order to finish it.

Every way in hell. Kenjaku has an open domain and they always win against normal domains, Yuta won't even be able to use his domain, he gets shit on from Kenjaku. And you be saying fighting with Yuji against an exhausted Sukuna is something Kenjaku couldn't? Kenjaku has his gravity with which he can lame Sukuna and use his own domain and a maximum uzumaki. He ain't gonna win against Sukuna, no way, but same with Yuta, at the end only Jacob's Ladder made serous damage to Sukuna. In a direct 1v1 against Yuta, Kenjaku wins with his domain, as he has an opened one and with uzumaki he gives him the rest. Jacob's ladder is the only winning conditions for Yuta, but I'm not sure if that can kill Kenjaku, it's by far not as good as Angel's, and of Sukuna only got his arms ripped off, then Kenjaku might survive that barely.
