So why can we only see one of his eyes then!!??? Im almost certain that Gojo made a binding vow to heal himself by sacrificing his right eye via a "binding vow." Being that his eye is one of the six eyes it is likely powerful enough to accomplish that. This would not work if he had a regular person's eye otherwise any body could sacrifice part of their eye or any part of their body to resurrect themselves with a binding vow. Given what we know about the significance of the six eyes, Gojo is more than likely capable of this. In fact I am almost certain!

I think it’s Clearly intentional that you only see one eye. Many said that if gojo was gonna come back he would need to sacrifice something like his six eyes. They also don’t look blue anymore. So either he lost his six eyes to come back or he had to lose an eye to come back. Very much just a theory

Gojo will return, but it could be that either he's playing mind games right now and he's not actually back yet, ala him being swapped out by Boogie Woogie. The alternative is that Sukuna can feel that Gojo has revived and the "ghost" he sees is his subconscious realizing that hes not dead. This may panic him and cause him to start the merger process, but rather than merging Tengen with humanity, he merges with Tengen, and that's what Kenjaku was referring to at the end, not Yuji. The more I consider this, the more I lean towards, at the very least, that this "ghost" isn't Gojo, but Sukuna feeling Gojo return.

There's absolutely not one single indicator, not a single statement, nor a single panel saying Sukuna is feeling fear or is even close to death. Uraume said Sukuna hasn't been trying yet. We have no indication that Sukuna is even going all out yet. They say he's now about as strong as Yuta. Did we all suddenly forget that Yuta is stated second only to Gojo? Sukuna is still really strong right now. Him seeing a ghost because Sukuna is dying makes no sense.
