If this happens you definitely have to do it LIVE! The prerecorded first battle just didn’t have the excitement. Make it a 3 part live event. Day one weapons competition. Day two obstacle race. Day three Fight. That would still give plenty of time to work on the Mechs in between rounds.

Perhaps it's a little too early for mechs to be in its own giant organized competitions like Battlebots. However, it doesn't mean that infrequent duelist-style fights like this one aren't off the table. In fact, it might be ideal to use a demolition derby to help sponsor and host the fight. It would easily solve the problem of finding an arena, and the duel can be a pleasant add-on to a pre-existing event of a similar theme. Most importantly, it allows for a large, live audience to attend in-person which may help spur a new interest into mech battles. The main question, however, is if Eagle Prime's tracks can drive on dirt.

Obstacle course is not a bad idea. Possibly multiple individual challenges & relays in which best time or most scores wins the round. Final round can be a fight. This is gonna sound stupid but take a look at AntsCanada on KZbin to see what they're doing with their currently Beetle Olympics. Multiple rounds each testing one specific skill and the final round is a fight.

Seems kind of pointless to me. With that dragon, you have to have the PERFECT approach to even be able to clamp down and blast the opponent with flame. If they were able to make the neck have articulated motions like bending down or leaning sideways it would stand a chance.
