CLB is Canadian Language benchmark. You need to do English proficiency test ( ielts, celpip, tef, pte core) and get a CLB ( overall score) of 4. I hope this helps.

Fantastic! CLB is called Canadian language benchmark, which can only be tested through IELTS. Check online for the nearest IELTS centre around your place of residence and book 4 the exam ensure you peak IELTS general for immigration purpose when registering.
