It would be useful info if you told the EMIs u pay for this, the duration (num of years) of the loan and the down payment you made for this house. And then give us info on the rent you will get for the house. And the rent you will get for the basement (when its ready), along with the costs of doing up the basement.

@@deepanjalisengar6228 there are a lot of jobs in retail/sales in fashion industry, Canada has very few brands of it's own as compared to the international brands that are sold in Canada. there are a jobs for sure, but most of these brands are focused on winter clothing, like jackets and winter boots, leather products etc, not sure how your experience relates to this, but it's worth trying...
