Here are the answers to your questions- 1) Yes, Ph.D. in life sciences (any field), is highly in demand 2) I would say it is a personal choice and self-decision, I would say both US and Canada have some very reputed universities but getting admission is for sure very competitive in these world-class universities. Hello Sir, I think I have met kapoor sir on one of the physics dae conference in Kolkatta. I completed my phd in particle physics in 2019 and now trying to apply for Canada PR. I have few queries regarding work experience. 1) Does JRF/SRF/Teaching Assistantship during phd is considered as work experience? 2) Currently I am working as Assistant Professor on contract which is not continuous but has some breaks of 2-3 days or few months.
