😀 A BIT ABOUT US:
We’re Marianne & Chris, a happily married couple from the UK. Marianne is a living kidney donor to her best friend, and realising that life was for living and never really knowing what’s round the corner - we decided to fulfil our dream of travelling full time.
So in March 2018 after the kids had left home, we sold our belongings, rented our house and moved into our campervan called Trudy. We set off to see the world and after vanlifing around Ireland and Europe, we grabbed our backpacks and spent 5 months exploring Central America.
Feeling like we needed a challenge, we planned the ultimate van life adventure! In Jan 2020 set off to drive around the World from UK to UK. But after arriving in Turkey, covid caught up with us and closed the borders, so we had a wonderful 18 months exploring this special country. Realising we were not going to be able to head further East, we decided to do a handbrake turn and go the other way and shipped our van to the USA.
We hope you enjoy coming with us, and we’ll continue to share our real adventures and hope you feel inspire to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.

Hey everyone - hope you're enjoying the Arctic adventure. It was the most remote and isolate place we have ever been, watching this video really helps highlight that - Would you love it or hate it ? Let us know in the comments 🙏-

If you was in Italy then the Italians would have told u the only car they will ever have is a FIAT. Even in icemeler in Turkey all the locals had were fiat Cars or fiat vans. They are a great car and love the trecking.

Fantastic achievement. Should be on everyones bucket list. Having said that my wife would hate it as she is such a people person. For me I could live on a deserted island and not see another person just as long as I had a large ball and a pen to draw a face on it. 🌍↖ You are here

First off, congratulations on reaching the Arctic Circle! Quite the accomplishment. Second, I'd love it if everyone outside of Canada could see this video showing that, even at the Arctic Circle, Canada is not always a year-round barren wasteland of snow and ice. Lastly, God save Queen Elizabeth, may she rest in eternal peace. God save the King! 🇬🇧 🇨🇦

A great adventure, continue the adventure. I wonder if you could use garlic against mosquitoes. On the other hand, the preparation of a healthy spray date is simple. 1. 10 drops of lemon oil. 2. Half a lemon. 3. Water. I recommend that you put it all in a spray bottle and squeeze it everywhere in terms of the effect that the amounts may vary. It's perfectly natural.

Your driving a FIAT. And they are brilliant amazing vehicles on long stretch drives. They love the motorways and they just run so great. My car is a fiat Punto 1.2 and it is a brilliant car. Has alot of mileage but she keeps on going really smoothly. Italian made cars are work horses. The Italians call the fiats work horses. And they truly are. I would not have any other model of car. I'm curious how large your gas tank is and how far you can usually get without needing a fill up. I would be so nervous with how few stations there are on the road. Do you carry extra gas cans with you just in case? The tissue portion was pretty funny. I attend a music festival every year that gets super dusty and that is how everyone is by the end of the weekend. I haven't been to Burning Man yet, but I imagine the playa is very similar. Happy travels and congratulations on this amazing milestone. You are absolute legends! I follow several van life channels, and you are the first I've seen to go to the Arctic Circle, which is weird to me considering some of the people I follow are Canadians.

Congratulation on crossing the polar circle. I have done it many times, my Grandmother lived just north of it so there were many trips there when she was alive. Compared to where you did it the crossing in Scandinaciva is a walk in the park with nice paved roads and a lot warmer climate because of the Gulf stream The artic circle is a bit tricky because it moves, today is is close to 15 meter north per year. The monument is 66° 33' 55" on google earth so 55 seconds north of the coordinate on it. The arctic circle is today 190 meters south if it and will cross in 2035 The parking spot and monument will be there for a long time so regardless of where you build it it will be in the incorrect location practical immediately so they did the right thing and place it on the crest of the small hill where you have a nice view. The same problem exists with crossing signs in Scandinavia, they are all a bit off

Hi there. New subscriber here. I'm wondering if where you, are past the Arctic Circle, is part of the Arctic Tundra? Love your videos! Scottie

The question is a good one, but in this instance I would have to say this is way too isolated. The world could end and it could take weeks or months to know. 🤔 Good video as usual.
