My Ontarian village has 4 stop lights, or 3, depending on how you count them. 2 ones within the village itself and 2 that are on the border between the village and the neighbouring city. That's how you can tell we're important and influential.

As a local of Ontario, next time you come through, I'd highly recommend checking out Elora Gorge/conservation area and Rockwood conservation area. Both were formed at the end of the ice age as massive lakes of surface water on the ice sheets pierced through draining the massive bodies of water down to the rock below. This rushing water dragging rock and debris carved through the stone forming caves and holes in solid rock, making for amazing natural sights, hiking, and swimming areas.

::sitting in New Orleans, LA listening to the story about hotel furniture:: we're not giving up or crawfish boils anytime soon, so if they want a butt ton of business, they'll get on making tables that can handle a boil. We don't need them to be fancy. They're usually covered in 2 or 3 layers of newspaper anyway

It's cute when Joe is talking about an event in Canada like we can all just drop by. It's quicker to drive from Niagara Falls, Ontario to New Orleans then from Niagara Falls to the west end of Ontario.

Your tales of your travels is always something I look forward to hearing. I know it's gonna be a good episode xD Glad you and your fiancée are able to take advantage of Canada as a rendezvous spot! :) 13:36 I'm so glad you got to see Niagara Falls from our side. Experiencing is way better than simply knowing. My family did our first road trip from Alberta to Ontario when I was not quite 10 years old and we saw the Falls during a pitstop. What a incredible sight. I'm not sure when I saw the Falls from the US side but at one point I was visiting family in Toronto and we crossed the border for a few hours for shopping. Coming back through the border I was shocked at how mediocre the Falls looked. Ever since then I've felt pity for Americans. lol j/k j/k 34:12 What does Etho say after you sneak a Night Vision potion into his inventory? "Oh, that's good." ? 34:51 I was watching Tango's stream: there was instant spamming of BOLAMEGRIAN in the chat as Tango noted half a minute later 35:16 35:33 I initially thought that Etho brought his own potion because of the darkness meme in the dungeon lobby. That was nice of you to make and then give it to Etho so he could make that joke lol 42:13 As a self-appointed fact checker I must correct Tango! Etho does not have the most runs. He doesn't even have the 2nd most runs. In fact, he ties with Cub AND Pearl for 3rd most runs at 51. 2nd most runs goes to Doc with 52 runs. *First* *place* *is* *Joe* *with* *53* *runs* ! Congrats on maintaining your 2nd place overall ranking by coming in 4th!

The first time the maps ran out was on the 574th run which was Impulse's Phase 3 Run #7. The second time the maps ran out was the 836th run which was Gem's Phase 4 Run #8. Gem has the worst luck. Who will be next? 44:43 Tango says Decked Out 1 was run "three hundred and 70-something times" but he actually showed it in his livestream uploaded November 5, 2020 called "Live Stream - Hermitcraft - Project Chat and Toon Towers" at 01:31:43 Decked Out 1's final total: *489* runs Decked Out 2's current total: 932 which is 1.9x more so far. It'll likely end up with a final total above 1800; maybe even up to 2000.

I was in Niagara in October for work! I recommend the Ferris wheel at night, you get a good view of the falls lite up. If you are in Stratford in April, they do a swan walk. They walk the swans from their winter home to the Avon River, right down the streets. It’s a big event, very cool to watch.

8:54 they do it in rural pennsylvania too, the bragging about stoplights thing! The town I grew up in didn't have any (though, if they were still a classification it was tiny enough that the population would've classified it as a hamlet), and my mom was always joking about how it shocked everyone in the town *she* grew up in when they put a third stoplight in

Joe - and other pinball enjoyers in the community - I have a video recommendation for you! The channel Technology Connections recently explored how older pinball machines worked, back before computers/microprocessors were widely available to use in them. I found it really interesting and it sounds like there may be a part 2 on the way eventually. The things that engineers managed to accomplish purely with electromechanical components are really impressive!

I found you through my DO obsession and I think I'll be staying to listen to your poetry and family music. I could honestly listen to you ramble about your trips/day to day experiences while you collect fish all day long. In a couple of your previous runs you found potions in the brewing stand after you put something on the pressure plate but I think you assumed they were there randomly, could you check again if they're releases when you use the pressure plate? (There's also a Stratford in London England, but don't bother going there)

Love these story telling episodes. Glad you had a good trip! For what it’s worth, we just got an electric car and did a pretty substantial road trip that included some remote areas of northern Ontario. From our experience, Canada is very EV friendly, even in the more remote areas. So, if you ever find yourself in the same situation, you can feel more confident about taking the EV option.
