Guys make a video on carrier in Canada. What kinda jobs are good which ones are hard which pay good so you can save and afford to buy a house cause a detached is over 1MILLION everywhere now. Even suburbs are rising as people moving there from downtown condos cause as you know they are allowed to work from home. So no commuting into gta required so they can buy bigger homes. What you guys think will you do something like that ? You think companies will allow working from home permanently after this pandemic ?

Green Park , GreatGulf, Primont, Regal Crest and Mattamy. I’ll rank them in this order based on quality n customer service. Back until 2008/2009 Mattamy was ranked #1 but after that he started outsourcing all the trades and now their quality sucks and became a quantity builder from a quality builder. If I can guess your builder is Primont cause in Milton new subdivision are made by GreatGulf Mattamy and Primont. I m looking to buy there now but damn the prices are through the roof , I gotta become a KZbinr to afford these lol 😂😀

Guys first thing if you have or will have kids...check school rating .... free# public school with good rating very important...not just for learning but for kids friends circle and over all growth...other then that if good community center for extra activities...walking scores for that coz in winter its it's hard and car parking is limited everywhere

How did you find where new construction is coming and how did you manage book a house. What I read is that builder comes up with few houses and there are 1000 applications for it. So it’s difficult that we get that one. What points be considered to ensure a booking is done. If you know any broker who helps in preconstruction houses then please share

Congrats ! Just for comparison the Milton line is single express line made on private land while Whitby line has express with double line functional throughout the day all through the week . There are quite a lot of builders making new houses there too near 412 road . Very near to Ontario lake with trails . Only negative at present is property tax .
