If it has orange, that could be GTW Morency Orange. Some GTW GP38s, primarily the 5800s bought new, did have the horns painted orange. Bicentennial #1776 is a good example of this. And they were in the CN family, so it could be easy to mix up.

Great video, K3L's have honestly been my favorite especially sand cast on older EMD units, but of course the square tag on the older Dash-9 units..it began to grow on me I never did like how K3LA's sound comparing, but the winner for me is the big bore sand cast K5L/H's.

Most Metra passenger locomotives have a horn known as the Nathan Airchime P5A, while a few of their other locomotives would have a horn called the K5LA, and their cab cars at the rear of the train would have either a K3LA or a K3L
