The sad thing is he was trying to turn his health around, and had lost around 100lbs before he died. 😞

I miss John. His acting while delivering a joke was so well done. And he had so many hilarious routines. His story of going to the water park just floors me.

He was a funny guy. That celsius bit was great. Gotta figure out a way to use that at a doctor's visit in the future. 🤔 Since we're talking first cars - 1979 Ford Granada. Bought for me by my (cheap) stepfather. I asked for a small car. Google the 79 Granada. 😑

Wend said it best... John lost a shit ton of weight. Watch some of his early stuff and you will see how big he used to be. His early version of ‘Chinese buffet’... see how big he was. Ralphie used to be waaay bigger as well. They finally get their shit together and then die.... it fuckin sucks

he died of a pulmonary embolism after losing 200 pounds and getting sober! The problem with losing that much weight is if you do it too quick it can cause problems! the healthy amount of weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week! He could have also lost weight do to an illness of some sort, because he did look sick toward the end!

This is what I think happened. He started losing weight to get healthier, even though nothing was wrong with him, and he died. He should have enjoyed his life and kept eating. He was big, but healthy. I have a cousin who weighs in at over 360lbs. and his BP and cholesterol is normal. He is healthy, just large.
