Quinoa Salad | gluten free & vegan | very healthy - Canan´s Recipes

Today I show you my very healthy gluten-free quinoa salad recipe. A year ago, I realized that gluten touches me and I stopped eating bread or bulgur. The hardest thing was that you couldn't eat our classic barberry. But after a long time, I developed this beautiful quinoa recipe. Like bulgur, quinoa goes well with the barberry. But its preparation is a little different from normal sterile. Watch all the details in my video.
MATERIALS:
1 cup (200 g) of quinoa
2- 2.5 glasses (500 ml) of water
1 red onion
1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
2-3 tablespoons of oil
1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of rock salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1.5 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
about 1/2 lemon
3 green peppers
1 capia pepper
1/3 eisberg or lettuce
1 large bunch of parsley
6 fresh mint leaves
7-8 cherry tomatoes
