After completing 9 hours of hard work everyone has the right to spend a valuable time with their loved ones. This type of toxic work culture and toxic people the employees quit their job. Cm is scale 4 officer generally posted in regional or zonal offices and it seems to be review meeting by the cm. and work culture in an organisation varies from zones to zones so dont generalise anything. canara bank is psb hence at most transfer but no termination for failure to meet targets. i accept "bhad me jay family" was a bit harsh .. rest is commonplace across the banking industry. and if you dont have the guts to resign or find another job then better get accustomed to this.
