Thank you all for sharing. I am currently in my 7th month with AML diagnosis. In complete remission after a lot of chemo and prayers. Going into one more round of chemo. God Bless all of you. God is good and His word strengthens me.

This video means so much to me and my fiance. Happy to see her being so strong and awesome living her life! My fiance has the same flt3 genes and he underwent the transplantation with the harsh conditioning, myeloablative conditioning, but he relapsed after only 83 days from the transplantation. It really did hit hard on us in the beginning but we are still holding onto hopes and this video really means alot to us. We are currently under a treatment with mentioned TKI, Gilteritinib. We will win this fight and become hopes to other patients who are like us. Thanks for sharing her cute beautiful smile and the story of her journey.

I apologize for the delayed response - your message put a big smile on my face. I am so glad Michele's story resonated with you! I am sending you and your fiance big hugs as he undergoes that treatment. If he wants to ever share his story, please have him complete our Intro Survey (thepatientstory.typeform.com/to/OJfTUC) . :) -Stephanie

I watched this when i was in hospital in mid 2023 after my stem cell transplant with a 50% match donor. It was rough to go thru an infection that resulted in sepsis and an induced coma. After I was discharged from hospital in july 2023, everything had been great! I was in complete remission for a few months and got there was a trace of a relapse in early 2024. Now I'm going for a 2nd stem cell transplant with a 90% match donor. I had full body radiation and chemo for my 1st stem cell transplant. I had low dose chemo infusions for 5 days a month for 4 months in 2024. For my 2nd one I will not have radiation.
