Fatigue is a side effect of almost all cancer treatments and can have a huge negative impact on your life. This workshop looks at how fatigue impacts and how we can use physical activity to help manage it.
Each week we look at a different aspect of physical activity and include some guided exercises and relaxation. Wear something loose and comfortable. For the strength exercises you can use a couple of tins or water bottles if you wish but the exercises will be suitable for everyone so don’t be put off 😊
