Joint stiffness can be a huge side effect of the menopause or treatment for cancer and yoga can help with joint pain by lubricating the joints with movement but also using muscles to create space in the joints and ease symptoms of pain. This mellow flowing class will teach you movements you can do everyday to help with joint discomfort.

So please be mindful that taking part in this yoga session is your responsibility and if you need to miss out exercises that you've been told not to do or if you don't feel comfortable in doing then just join back in when you feel comfortable. However, we hope that everyone will feel confident to join in at least most parts of it. Just make sure it is safe for you throughout.
