This is a 20-minute, seated lymphatic exercise workout routine. It's done in sitting on a chair. It's a full-body lymphedema exercise routine to stimulate the lymphatics and get the lymphatic system moving.

I am glad I found a chair routine I could do for my lymphatic system. I am not able to get on the floor real well right now.

I agree & if we teach these exercises to children, then perhaps many could remain healthier.

​@@CancerRehabPTThank you very much 👍.please tell me can i walk in treadmill after doing this exercise because i am 30age and 1.62 m and 145kgs 😢 and a big anterior pelvic tilt lordosis i had 3 sezarien sergery with lepidema in the 3'rd level please i need your help with hope to god bless you 🙏

This is perfect, exactly what I need at this time. You don't mention how many sets per day, but I am finding that at least twice a day, morning with just hot tea to get warm first, and then about an hour before bed, again with a hot drink first, are making a difference in my quality of both activity and rest (both feel better, more complete somehow, from the stretching I guess). I also like the way you modify to gradually get full range. I think some things will open up as I do it every day, mostly hips and shoulders. Thank you!😊

I have been doing these exercises for about a week and have noticed a huge decrease in my foot edema in my right foot! I am a lymphedema patient, who should have been doing this a long time ago, I have incorporated this into my daily routine at the start of my day.

Thank you So Much Kelly, my thighs above the knee have been feeling tight, I've never experienced this before... I walked a lot when living in the mountains but now I live in town so not so much... I've also put my Holistic Health and Wellness path coach skills in full effect taking care of family, just 8 credits away from my degree but it doesn't sway me from helping people live Holistically

Please respond! Currently sitting with a very good friend with most likely stage 4 cancer who was transferred here , a nursing home, from the hospital . She was in the ER because she was unable to walk due to lymphedema in her leg. She’s been dealing with that for a very long time. Here at the nursing home, it’s a joke. The only PT she is receiving is as if she is either recovering from surgery for a fractured hip, etc., she is not getting the proper therapy.., She needs lymphatic draining therapy and they aren’t doing ANYTHING…
