I so appreciate these helpful videos...i had a dbl mastectomy and did chemo and radiation for stage 2 breast cancer ...and I have not been the same since and its been 7 years ago... swelling and pain in my arm pit, uncomfortable tightness in the side that was radiated, pain and stiffness in my neck , also migraines and what i can only describe as charlie horses in my rib cage. These videos are definitely helping ❤

@@CancerRehabPT Thank you ❤️ ..I know it all takes time ...I feel like stretching and movement helps a ton...also the video you did on draining lymph nodes as I had a few lymph nodes removed that was so helpful..I totally thought ya need a deep tissue massage to get it to go to other places lol your video was very gentle I was like oh so I don't have to treat myself likea sponge lol 😂 ..I would love to learn more about that you had a name for it but it spaced my mind at the moment. Just really appreciate these videos. 😊

I'm so relieved to see that much of what I've been doing for weeks on my own is this! My sciatic nerve is so painful, with front leg heaviness and throbbing pain, from right pelvis to right upper buttocks all the way down to my toes. Spent all morning at urgent care and then was sent to Mercy Ambulatory. Thry checked my kidneys and for blood clots. Nothing found. 😭 They just diagnosed Lymphedema and said follow up with my doctor.

Good morning Kelly thank you for your exercises please keep them coming they are helping me walk again. I do all of these exercises in the past 3 days I have felt the pressure remove itself. I like to swim and bicycle.

I'm glad you liked it! I do think wearing compression during is the best, if able, as it helps even more with lymph flow 🙂
