Idavela Babu is a good coordinator and organiser, I am sure he would have given his time, efforts, sweat and blood for AMMA. The problem is including Mr. Babu, many of the committee members and people in key positions are in their late 50s & 60s and above. They are only able to maintain their outside little younger still having having typical "karanavar" attitude and very traditional thought process. They are not able to understand few things and think & act progressively. That's the problem. Though I feel including Parvathi Thiruvoth and few WCC folks are talking immature and impractical ways. Most of these actors are having very larger and life feeling. It should change, they should be open for constructive criticism. If few of the new generation sensible actors are coming lead AMMA as an association, some of these issues can be sorted.
