I just returned from my seventh Cancun trip since they started visitax and I have been stopped zero times. I pay it -- it was about sixteen bucks / person. As it requires your passport number I can see how in the future they will know if you have paid or not when they scan your passport going through security.

I gleaned a great deal of knowledge from your excellent past Cancun airport videos. The package we had gave us private transfers via Amstar. The drivers were great, but it was a zoo trying to get out of the airport, return to the airport was a breeze. I'll book Nacho tours next time because I don't want to deal with the chaos at the airport. I'll also use them for some touring around the area during our stay. We stayed at the new adults only Margaritaville Resort. It is a great spot for us, it's a smaller resort with great food and the Key West vibe Mexican style. The only downside is the lack of a beach. It's on the water but only a couple of feet of beach. I really want to thank you for all the wonderful videos you have posted.

Thank you for the detailed videos; esp regarding transportation. When you use Nacho Tours, approx. how much is it for two people to be transported to a hotel approx 35-45 minutes away (Secrets Maroma) to be specific. We just want to make sure we are not getting manipulated when booking in advance. Thank you!

Private I think it would be around $100 each way. Maybe a little more depending on time of day. But check with them. They give you a free quote

I’ve Never had an issue and usually have a few ziplocs of liquids. Just take them out of your bag before putting the through security scanner

They are very strict with liquids on Cancun departure thru security check. Really really strict. You are warned. Arriving in to Cancun your luggage don’t go thru a scanner so there’s nothing to catch you on. Sunblock will cost you $35 at the resort! Also, it’s not mentioned anywhere but they won’t let Uber pick you up at the airport. Might even threaten the driver! Taxis are at war with Uber. As of 10/2024. You can take a Uber back to airport to depart though. $15. No one will stop that or care. Don’t use Nacho to go back to airport! $100! Also, if staying at hotel zone, there’s red or orange buses that do nothing else but ride up and down the strip. 12 pesos per ride! So cheap! Use it. Just don’t ride or drive at night. Sketchy.

Prices are terrible at Cancun airport for everything!! Even duty free is awful. I'm from Canada the home of the most over priced alcohol just about anywhere and I can buy Mexican Tequila cheaper in Canada than at Cancun duty free.

Hi, i went booked my holiday in Cancun and went to there with all necessary documents. But they are shit immigration in the world. They return me back. I have wasted my ticket snd hotel booking etc. even they did not give me any reason why they not giving me entry. Whem i asked they says come next time. What a joke😂. I think it is pretty nasty and dangerous to make such a terribly wrong and misleading guide. What you are saying is simply wrong. I went through customs and migration yesterday and it was pretty much the worst experience I have ever had. You are claiming they are occasionally screening your luggage? They checked the luggage of everyone by hand and and looked at all items, touched everything etc. The migration process was a nightmare. I had to wait 3 hours in a q and the officer didn't understand a single word of english. I endes up getting 10 days even though my flight back goes in 35 days. Look at the google reviews of the Cancun airport migration office. Its a horror movie. I was actually lucky. I wish someone would have warned me before. People like you made me have this terrible experience.
