We saw this video on KZbin. We contacted them. They requested flight info and cost. They provided a link to pay $30 USA and secure our reservation . Our son, and his family flew in from the East and us from the west coast. A trustworthy staff picked us up and dropped us at the airport. Everything went EXACTLY as planned. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! I TIPPED BOTH WAYS. USA currency also accepted!

Do they have sunscreen at duty free or the mini market?

My wife and I had the misfortune of transferring through Cancun on our way home from South America. Never do that!!! When coming in on a South American airline we were forced to line up with hundreds of people to go through customs even though we were just transiting. We were specifically told that we could not use the transit line. There were very few immigration officials manning the counters and whenever a South American resident showed their pages of visa papers, the agent would leave their desk and sometimes not return for 20 or 30 minutes. We took over 3 hours to get through while our layover was only 3 hours. Yes, we missed our connecting flight and had to overnight in Cancun. No, that was not a good thing, it was pouring rain. The other issue is the cabs, licensed thieves if you ask me. We had to go to a different terminal, only a few minutes drive away but the cabbies want $70 US, then $50 US, then $30 US and finally $20US. There is a free shuttle, every hour if you have the time to wait and want to fight to get on. Probably my worst airport experience in the world and I have travelled the world extensively since the 1970’s. The worst part, neither the agents nor other airport workers in the customs area seemed to give a shit.

I was in Cancun in the '90s and hated the Americanization of it. I never went back. But I happen to have a connecting flight when I was flying back from Peru. My credit card got compromised twice. They ripped me off $20 for a shuttle ride that would have taken me 5 minutes to walk and everybody was in on it. Don't go to scamcoon!

Another scam is in duty free. I could buy lots of the alcohol cheaper in Canada 🇨🇦 than in Cancun airport. They know that many use carry on’s and you need to use duty free to get booze on the ✈️ , so the prices are elevated to take advantage of those who do carry on.

I love how you get right to it. Too many vids with 10 minute room walk thru's. The room is the least important item to me. The coffee shop info is a selling point to me. Great info.

$100 a day for Uber just for 2 rides back and forth does not seem very efficient at all. And that is just with you staying the whole time in San Juan right? what about trying to drive around the island more and experience different places. Maybe the smart thing is to get a UBER when only in San Juan but it has to be a better idea to get a car if you are going to go anywhere else.

Bottom line people dont trust doeing this online so get a machine at airport put passport in scann and put in 20 us and done on you go !

Most people will not make any kind of payment to a second or thierd party from any place in the world because of all the scams now.Charge it at the airport when people leave SO SIMPLE

So why not make it simple and charge this when people leave the airport like the dominican republic does,you are stopped you pay then procced SO SIMPLE.

Im going to Cancun in a week for the first time and do have a pre-booked hotel transfer (with a company booked through the travel agent), which gives instructions on how to find their reps and what they will be wearing. But how do i make sure they are who they say they are and that a scammer isnt wearing the same clothing? Watching Cancun airport scam videos is making me super nervous and im probably thinking way too much into this haha! Thanks for all your helpful videos!

99% of taxi drivers are very honest and the taxi prices are posted on a huge board, you only need to know which hotel and the posted rate. Most hotels are in the $30-$40 range for taxi services. If you book your transportation through an agency/hotel and your flight is seriously delayed or cancelled then you are screwed. This posting is just a scam to use Diamond transfer services
