FANTASTIC! You are the only one that helped. WARNING: This did not work at first. I had to delete my old email from the ADD/EDIT/DELETE section she was in. Once I deleted my old email, I re-added it using my same Gmail account. Worked great, got to google permissions section and gave permission. Now my email sends perfect. ONE MORE NOTE: Now I can hit send on my forms and not have to add a password. I like that, I will see what happens after I restart. THANK YOU! 😎💪👍

we recently put our QB premier 2019 on a 2nd laptop due to damage to our primary one. We have not been successful emailing from that laptop. Is it because it can't be loaded on a 2nd devise or is it something else? We have walked through the steps in the help menu within QB numerous times and it still won't work. We wasted 1 hr and 40 min last night after work on an online chat with tech support and accomplished nothing. We watched your video and followed step by step and it still says: The browser or App may not be secure; Try using a different browser. On the Gmail side it says QB has full access as a 3rd party app.

I have noticed that QB redirects you to their intuit webpage before getting to gmail. What if you don't have a intuit id and don't want to make one. Cause some clients don't need the intuit acc.

Hello Candus, I switched my email address in quickbooks to a new Gmail email account. Everything works, and the emails are being sent, but in the recipient's inbox, the sender's name just says "admin." My address is "admin@........com", but in gmail I have the company name as the Name. That's why I don't understand why it just says "admin" and not the company name in the sender field when you get an email from QB. Any thoughts on that? Is there a place in QB to set up that name, or is it only through Gmail? Btw, I have QB 2018.

We can email initial invoices no problem. Is there a way to attach the pdf invoice to a reply email in Gmail? I don't want to save the invoice to my computer and then attach to the reply email, is there any other way? TIA!

I can send invoices with no problem. When I try to schedule a report to go out weekly or daily it says that I need to change my UAC to allow this to happen. I don't want to leave my UAC set on minium security but, I changed it anyway just to see if it would work and it still doesn't. I have changed the UAC back to the recommended setting and the scheduled reports are not sending. I am using gmail.

Hi there! I tried this setup and emailed the first batch, using Gmail. Everything in the setup worked great, and it seems to have sent some of the invoices but said it couldn't send them all. Then I tried again and I get "QuickBooks is unable to send emails due to network connection failure". Never seen that message before, have you run into this?

Possible false alarm, I switched back to using my password, and then tried setting this up again and that seems to have done the trick. No idea why.

You need to tell people when they are choosing inside quickbooks the enhanced security, that that computer they have quickbooks on has to be connected to the internet. I use quickbooks on a computer i keep off the internet (until I am sending out an invoice, then i remove the airplane mode and send it). Not everyone uses qb on a computer connected to the internet full time. Connect, then follow your steps.
