Can you change the password to a password that you can remember? Ive been just using my regular gmail password and its been working until I deciding to upgrade my security on my gmail account then I found your video for help. VERY WELL DONE!!!

I wish I never upgraded my security. I had no reason to do that. Any idea how to downgrade it back to the way it was? Im constantly logging in and out of quickbooks and the code that you get from the gmail account isnt exactly the easiest 16 lettered code to remember and there is no autofill in QB :(

Do you have a video about printing checks with QuickBooks 2020. I had it all set up and when I installed 2020 it printing wrong direction on the check. I tried turning the check and it wasn't aligned. Then I went to align check but it doesn't go to the left side enough. Its only going to the middle of the line where the name goes on a check.

At 3:06, you go to Edit> Preferences. I dont have Preferences on my Edit menu! Im using version 1.3.0.164, Im not sure why I have this version and not the full program. Is there a way to set up my outbound email in this odd version?

I registered with the online version, then they suggested that I download the app for my desktop. (I already have the mobile app.) It's version 1.3.0.164 if that helps. I also got an email today- they suggested that I upgrade, since I'm using an 'unsupported' version. But I just installed this thing a week ago! I'm very confused. Lol

Yes, I had the same problem Google now requires the two step process for you to be able to add the password authentication for another app.
