The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

*For those of you still crying about him testing positive for Clenbuterol:* After failing the urine test, Canelo was mandated by the Nevada Commission to take a HAIR FOLLICLE TEST which looked even further into his history for Clenbuterol and other possible PEDs. A follicle test is more accurate than a urine test and it would have revealed if Canelo was using anything over a longer period of time (6 months to a year). He passed. He also self willingly enrolled himself in the VADA program which is an agreement to undergo random testing at any time, unannounced. You can keep trying to depict Canelo as a "steroid user" but the truth is it has been scientifically proven that only a SMALL trace of Clenbuterol was in his body for a very SHORT period of time.

Ballislife please stay in basketball. Shouting like that helps ramp up aggression and reminds him to breathe. Sharp breaths also retain more air so when he is punched, he loses alot more air in his lungs and so it's harder for him to recover. Louder venting is probably beneficial to his fighting style, plus he's literally the face of boxing so it's working.

Se nota que nunca hiciste ningun arte marcial,practico muy thay ,kick box y tae kwondo y te aseguro que el 50% de tu cansancio y velocidad te lo propone y te lo da la respiracion,cada uno tiene su estilo de hacerlo,atra vez de silvidos u hasta palabras,otros largan el aire por la boca,otros prefieren hacerlo por la nariz asi no se llenan el pecho de aire y los cansa un poco màs de lo normal pero la velocidad cambia ,es màs rapida,tambien se llevan el aire al estomago para no cansarce màs rapido,el tema que si lo haces hasta en sparring,no hace falta demaciada fuerza de golpazo al higado o estomago para dejarte unos segunditos sin aire,con lo que dijiste,se nota que no sabes un carajo de boxeo,menos de artes marciales

Canelo termino convenciendome. Hoy no tiene rival, quizá GGG tiene una oportunidad, en un segundo encuentro. Pero este chico ha mejorado muchísimo y ahora tiene una faceta defensiva al nivel de sus golpes.

Anybody who thinks GGG is bigger than Canelo needs to take another look. GGG weighed less than Kell Brook. Canelo is fighting at 164 and will rehydrate within 5 pounds of fucking Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. From 164 Canelo will definitely go up to 180-182 pounds plus. Chavez will probably be around 185-187. Golovkin walks around at the same or less weight than Canelo. Canelo has a hell of a lot harder time cutting down to 154/155 than GGG does to 160. If Manny Pacquiao can go from flyweight to fighting guys like Cotto, Mayweather, Mosley, Margarito, Vargas, etc, than Canelo can move up like the superstar he is supposed to be and fight a 35-year-old past prime GGG.
