I got my saint Bernard poodle mix at one year old. His dominance has decreased with training, food, "no or yes" and a clicker. Leash training was so important to do. I had to set up goals within his limitations so he can succeed especially on leash with other dogs. I need to use the food trick. I started taking my boy downtown during live music, my dog gets over excited and sniffs and pulls me to different parts in the busy environments like downtown

I am a new dog trainer here in new braunfels. I have a great natural understanding of dogs and how to communicate to them, but am still new to the training industry and am working towards certifications through different organizations by meeting the requirements of training other owners dogs. I would appreciate any tips you are willing to offer me! I am disabled and have to rely on things not based in strength
