Folks! I found the video the most compelling watch. The detail is impressive and Sam's testimony of suffering with Crohn's disease and subsequent benefit from treatment with cannabis is most helpful. The detail is impressive and I haven't heard a psychiatrist speak so well. Ever! Stay well all!

Great episode Alex 👏 so many people don't know the benefits of some cannabis to ones mental health so it's great to see an episode dedicated on it, well done yet again😁

and I would just like to say that throughout the video I just thought that Sam and Dave come across as such wonderful people and that I could definitely see myself opening up to Dr Dave if I were using my medical cannabis specifically for my mental health but I'm primarily for pain but helping my pain helps my mental health. But I can just feel that opening up to Dr Dave would be so easy to do as he comes across as so trusting which is vital. A bit like how Dr Nayee from Integro comes across as well. Thanks for taking the time to highlight how cannabis can be used successfully in many cases, as a treatment for mental health which I bet a lot of people wouldn't think that it would and yes it isn't for everyone which you did say. Thanks for taking the time in doing this episode with the wonderful Alex Fraser!! Very much enjoyed this video - one of the best episodes imho

Thanks so much, that's really kind. Two of the very best doctors there with Dr Howells and Dr Nayee. Its so important to talk about the benefits to mental health. Interestingly I've an episode lined up with another psychiatric prescriber coming in the next few weeks 👀

Superb, gutted about the FB page. Have shared with numerous acquaintances, mm’s away from applying but can envisage massive CMHT interference.

I have sle lupus and ADHD. Conventional medicines didn't work for me and at the time I failed in college because of it. I self medicated with cannabis from about 2011 which is when I stopped having flare ups. In the past lupus has affected my brain and kidneys which I have had chemo therapy for. Fast forward I've worked for a good few years but now I'm 31 and well looking after two active toddlers full time. Medical cannabis has changed my life because the stigma of it being illegal has gone and family members have accepted it now. I don't take any other medication other than my medical cannabis and from having serious brain involvement and bad flare ups and being in and out of hospital and having no flare ups or hospital visits in 13 years shows it works to me.

i would challenge the hard & fast statement around the unsuitability of cannabis medicines where its shown to negatively impact one's finances, work and relationships when that has manifested in a cost prohibitive and stigmatising environment. Without cost prohibition and alonside both external and internalised stigma, would use remain problematic? Just a thought! I enjoyed the conversation guys, well done.
