I love Canned Heat, I can see why Jim Morrison loved them so much! pure blues! My God!!!, the floor of the stage was also vibrating to the rhythm of The Bear (Bob Hite, the singer) and the Blind owl (Alan Wilson, slide guitar) and the whole band! Great reaction!

They were one of the most respected blues bands of their day. The whole band was tight, but Alan was ridiculously talented. He was considered to be one of the greatest harp players ever by John Lee Hooker, Mississippi John Hurt, Skip James, Sleepy John Estes, Bukka White, and Robert Pete.

this is what music's supposed to be - not auto tune, and not 50 notes a second. So much at Woodstock was magic - Sly family at 3 am.... Yea, the rain was a coming'. typical central NY storm, rain like 'cats and dogs' happens there.

​@@Roryreacts, I attended a concert in 1973 where Rory Gallagher opened with Fleetwood Mac as the second act and Deep Purple as the headliner. I must say that Mr. Gallagher stole the show in my opinion. He was so talented and entertaining.
