I gave my brother a jar of this and he sat down watching tv and ate the entire pint by the spoonful. It really is good. If you blend it up a little so its not so chunky and mix it with some BBQ sauce, it makes a great chicken nugget/tender dipping sauce too.

Not silly at all! 8oz are ins 1 cup! And you can use this for anything! jam and toast! bagels! English muffins! you can even put this over vanilla ice cream. you can use it in-between two layers of cake. you can use it as filling for a jelly donut! hahaha anything you want!

Pectin is what makes it thick and holds it together. I get mine from Amazon. Apples have a lot of pectin in them, your jam may just be really loose/more watery without it, is all. amzn.to/48Bc9n1

if stored properly, guaranteed for 18 months but could be longer as long as your jars stay sealed. after 3 years, the nutritional value declines greatly. it will also discolor. Make sure it's used by then.
