I'm guessing the TV Rights to the Cannon Library (held by Paramount) also cover streaming as well?

Sometimes. I notice that Amazon (who currently owns MGM and the Cannon library) has been using MGM versions of the Cannon films on Amazon Prime. Starz had both Delta Force 1 and 2 on their streaming app a few months ago. Delta Force 1 used a MGM version meanwhile Delta Force 2 used a Paramount version(Prime uses MGM versions for both movies). Starz currently has Missing in Action 1 and 2 on their app and they used the MGM version (I believe they are same versions as HBO Max used). Starz also had the Paramount versions of Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 and Masters of the Universe about a year or two ago on their app. Prime used the MGM version of Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 when it was on there. HBO Max uses the MGM version of Masters of the Universe as well. It’s a bit all over the place.

@@michaelbolcato192 I believe this might be the case due to a possible legal ambiguity over streaming distribution rights. As in if they are "Television" or "Home Media" rights (which are of course split in the case of Cannon) Personally I would say it's the former, although it would be wise for Amazon to pay Paramount for any rights they hold over the Cannon Library. I do wonder what the streaming rights situation is with the Pre-1994 Castle Rock Library however. Especially when it's split 3 ways between Warner Brothers, Amazon & Sony.

@M. Zacharias895 Am I correct in thinking that CBS/Paramount have also lost the TV Distribution Rights to the Carloco Library as well?
