Flows have been close in 2010 and 2016. USGS records at site only go back to 1980 so I would be curious about floods prior to then

This is an opportunity to remap the flood zones. Look for federal grants for parks with playgrounds and try to get some of that flooded land donated.

Northfield already had their pride festival. Went on without any problems. It's held in Central Park, which isn't at risk of flooding.
