I believe it depends how you buy the camera because when you buy the camera itself in my opinion, it really isn't worth it. So I ended up buying the bundle which includes a carrying case, obviously the strap for the camera the lens it already comes with and that also gives you an amazing lens that goes from 75 to 300 Zoom, which is a really good lens to get started with this camera. Obviously. I know it's not the best of course it's for beginners, but with the tripod I have and my love for photography I can get this camera to work and take great shots. My favorite part is what I said mine was a bundle in a big box that came with a much bigger and better lens.

The full review might come much later then anticipated. I had a defective battery and needed to send it back. So far the pictures coming out of this camera are decent for Instagram and other online platforms. But the overal feel and handling of this camera is quite oldskool. Autofocus is quite slow and to be honest, I had a hard time getting the best image quality out of it....

There is a problem with your purchase, this version does not have the stabilisation lens so your photos will be inferior.

Hi there, I don't recommend this camera as the performance is really dated. Image quality wise it can truly make some great pictures. So this is only for beginners on a really tight budget that wants to learn photography.

I can see you got updated version with center hot shoe pin. Can you confirm that manual flash works on this camera?

I didn't even knew that this was an updated version 🙂 But using an external flash manually is possible indeed. Just make sure that the flash is compatible

@@GaryJahman I'm not sure if you know what im talking about. 2000D had huge issue where Canon removed center pin just out of spite and made it only compatible with their own ex speedlights. No legacy support for manual flash at all. 2000D got silent running change and newer units do include hot shoe with center pin. Neither manual or software got updated. My question is does it work or is it just cosmetic change and pin is not connected to anything. I got mine today and would like to know that before I go out buy my first flash. 2000D in your full review does NOT have a center pin though.

@@frqgrenade thanks for explaining! Well I only have one speedlight but it's made for Sony cameras only. But I also have regular studio flashes and it works perfectly fine with that

Thank you for your comment. So far the images that I am getting are quite nice. But unfortunately the battery that came with my unit was not working properly. It didn't charge, so I send it back and waiting now for the replacement.

Thanks! Well the experience I had was not all to good. It actually feels really like old tech. Also my battery was defective, it didn't charge. So I send it back. A full review won't come for now at least :( I rather spend my money on a Canon camera that has good autofocus and articulating screen

You can try something like a Canon 70D. My brother is using that and it has nice autofocus, touchscreen interface and Canon color science. I also recommend Sony A6000 because it's small and powerful
