This is basically what my Sans is like: My Sans is a punny guy who, just like the original Sans, likes to do absolutely nothing. He lost his mother in the war of humans and monsters and his father when he fell into the Core. Sans was created through experimentation rather than biologically. From there, Sans started out by stealing just to help himself and his brother survive. He gave Papyrus the scarf, which he got from his mother. Once, when on one of his stealing charades, he bumped into Grillby, who offered to help him and provided him a job at the bar. From there, Sans and Papyrus slowly got better, and because of Papyrus's desire for becoming part of the Royal Guard, they were eventually made sentries. Sans loves his brother a lot, but will not do anything about his death due to having nihilism, and he's constantly struggling with the thought that nothing he does truly matters. Granted, my Sans normally gets more involved if Frisk loses their mind. My Sans does not remember the timelines, though he is aware of the phenomenon known as a RESET. He is considered to have depression, but tends to hide it behind his permasmile (My Sans can't stop smiling) and jokes. Now, one thing to consider for my Sans is that he doesn't sleep all the time due to laziness. He does it because he has insomnia, from nightmares of the timelines that he just can't seem to remember.
