Hello, can you please help me...I really don't know how to tackle the problem, the printer has connected wifi already, and my laptop has installed the printer driver, but the problem is when I try to print from my laptop, the printer shows the red flashing light and the control panel shows No paper A4(actually it has papers) what's wrong with it?😢😢😢😢

I can't get it to print using ethernet cable or usb. also tried a win 7 and win 10. installed drivers twice. This couldn't be any more impossible. I wish I would have never order this.
