@@blaze_here7357 From my understanding, Ofrendas are the displays made to honor those who have passed on (aka techno's memorial). Ofrendas originate from the Day of the Dead holiday, known in spanish-speaking countries as *Día de los Muertos*.

@@blaze_here7357 to add onto what yellow block said, from what i believe, ofrendas also come alongside gifts that mean something or represent something from the friends or the family of the individual that are placed beside the memorial they also are typically decorated with candles, marigold petals, and colorful papel picado you can learn a lot more about an ofrenda if you look it up, or maybe ask anyone you might know who either celebrate dia de los muertos or are Mexican, the holiday is incredibly beautiful and sweet, and i love it so much

Fit’s salute, Phil’s entire scene and Charlie telling a story about Techno really almost made me cry. I’m not the guy who would cry in settings like sad moments, but when I got the news… I just bursted into tears, like a part of me was shattered and destroyed. Technoblade is what got me to become who I am, and I wouldn’t be the guy I am without him. And I’m glad Technodad made a livestream of watching the story of the dream smp… it made me remember those times during 2020… I hope Technodad will be able to make more content like this to pay tribute to Techno. Being part of a Mexican family Dia de los Muertos is very special to us cause we get to believe that are our love ones that have passed are able to be here with us for just one day and we get to remember them an all the lovely memories we had of them makes it easier to cope with the idea that they're gone but not forgotten and this year was different because last year a week before Christmas my uncle who had cancer died and I was in the hospice room with my family when he passed and I'm very emotional but this time I was so emotional that for a solid minute I couldn't cry cause I didn't want it to be true that he was leaving us cause I told my dad to enter me in my highschool virtual program so I could stay home and watch over and take care of him and even then it was breaking me seeing my uncle sometimes not being able leave his room because of his condition was just heartbreaking for me but at least on Dia de los Muertos I was just able to know that he was with us for one day, so when I watch this I was happy knowing that people understand what Dia de los Muertos is about, cherishing and remembering our loves one and having them not be forgotten.(also yes I cried 5 times while typing this)

I never watched Techno to much, but I did watch anything he posted during the DSMP. After that ai of course had to watch the potato war and a few other videos. He may have not been my childhood, but I can tell that his imagination and impact was great. Minecraft has lost the form of imagination and has now drifted from the intended path of which it was created. But Techno and a whole community of others try to give the game of imagination its power back. R.I.P. Technoblade.

Even though I don't know technoblade, I never really watched him but one of my sisters knew him from some videos. It made her cry when she heard the news that he died as he was about her age. I just thought of something terrible. (I don't know why my brain is like this) What if we take it as canon that Piglins turn into Zombies when they cross into the Overworld because in the Nether, cancer can't survive? So if in some sort of lore thing, Techno was a Piglin that came from the Nether, but also had a bit of immunity, so he survived for a bit longer than others?
