Did u add a cornflour slurry? It looks more moist than the video hints ;)

No slurry mate never for these types of dishes. The reason it looks moist and succulent is because of the different stages used . The noodles are moist , the beef is moist and then there’s the veg . You can add a slurry if you want but I wouldn’t, the dish succulent as it is The full written recipe is in the description . Thanks mate and also for taking the time to comment, appreciate that ❤️

Thanks Brian, this is just the English spelling and how we would pronounce it. The dish is pronounced many ways, when Chinese people pronounce it sounds like Ho fun or haufun or horfun is another one, for me it’s definitely a whole lot of fun but anyway Brian I’m still in the dark to what it’s properly called
