Ein sehr schön gemachtes und leicht verständliches Video. Lediglich einen Kritikpunkt hätte ich anzumerken: Das Abnehmen eines Rings ist in Bezug auf die Hygiene vor dem Kochen und Backen dringend anzuraten.

he used: 250g flour , 2 eggs (plus an extra yolk to brush the logs before you bake them, 100g whole almonds, 50g melted butter, 140g sugar, the rind of half a lemon and a pinch of vanilla and baking powder. The baking temperature is 180C and he bakes the for 15-20 mins, and then lets them rest in the oven for another 5-10 mins after he's cut the logs into individual cookies.

Das ist ein Profi? Ein gelernter Koch?😂 Jede Hausfrau, die ich kenne, händelt Teig professioneller. Außerdem ergibt die Teigmenge im Video niemals die Gebäckmenge auf dem Blech.
