CvS2 is easily top 2 best fighting games ever, the only one that I rightly disagree with is 3rd Strike Online Edition, and CvS2 remains my favorite of all fighting games

the only thing you can add to your guide is to emptycancel (karacancel) to gain meter ---> cHK(canceled in the startup frames) into Palm

Mid tier at best is a bit of an overstatement. ALEX IS UTTER GARBAGE IN ALL SF3 GAMES (and sf3 is my main game). In New Generation, he was bottom 1, bottom 2 in second impact with hugo, and bottom 4 in 3rd strike with remy, sean, and twelve.

@@LAORTIZ20 oh man watch any tournament video and you'll start to see the same characters over and over and over and over. Yun gets A LOT better if you are really good at roll canceling....but even still he's just one of the worst characters in the game.
