What are you talking about minority? These girls in CV are all considered average or "pretty" on the islands. Girls like these are all over the islands. And they are pretty in every shade of black there is. The reality is "unattractive" people is a minority Cape Verde. Also, one advantage Cape Verdean women have is their men are just as attractive and generally tall, and muscular.
