Idk a lot of fire roads and old logging roads in the PNW where i grew up are like this but also has big wet muddy boulders too. The missoula floods left a lot of crap in our soil layers so we get slick oily mud with chunks of rock.
@dylanmccallister18883 жыл бұрын
Its just not advertised, everybody wants to "rock crawl" and go to moab. When i know trails/routes in washington and oregon that would total a rock crawler but your moms suv with a lift and some lockers could murder out there. Different kinds of offroading and idc about rock crawling. I have tried its too slow. The adventure is as important as the challenges. I dont want to spend a whole day and only go 12 miles

There is no 4x4 content online that even closely rivals 4wd action. The rigs, the conditions, the terrain and the commentary are world class. Longtime 4x4 enthusiast (and tacoma/hilux driver) from Canada that tunes in to each episode because you aussies know what you're doing with 4x4. No bullshit talking about nothing as the vehicles traverse a prepared track in some manufacturer sanctioned press event like what comes out of north america. You guys are as real as it gets, keep it up. Props from Canada, would be a dream to get out for a rip with you boys. Shauno, fire a locker in the front of that sucker!! 😁🤙. Greetings from Illinois, USA. My husband and I are big fans! Have a recipe to share that’s made in foil packets over the fire....we’ve had this on camping trips since we were kids.... Feeds 4 people - 1lb smoked sausage cut up into rounds - 1lb raw large shrimp shelled and tails off - 2 ears of corn broken into 8 pieces - old bay seasoning - fresh thyme - white wine, beer or broth - aluminum foil - Pam cooking spray Cut 4 very large pieces of foil. Fold each in half then unfold. Spray with cooking spray. In the middle of each one place 2 pieces of corn, 2 sprigs of thyme, 1/4 of the shrimp and 1/4 of the sausage. Season with Old Bay seasoning. Fold the top foil over leaving room for steam to puff it up. Fold sides over multiple times on both sides to make a “packet” leaving one side open. Add in some olive oil and white wine, beer or broth. Seal the last side up. Put over the coals about 20-30 minutes and enjoy.

Here’s how you make the best peppercorn chicken you’ve ever had Ingredients: 1kg of chicken thighs or breast cut into chunks about an inch thick (for you boys probably 5kg) Half an onion 2mm sliced (2 whole onions for you) 1 tin of green peppercorns ( probably 2 for you and the come in a gold and dark green Tin with product of France on em tablespoon of Dijon mustard Heavy cream 1 chicken stock pod, the concentrated jelly kind (probably 2 for you boys) Rice of your choosing Mushrooms (to keep Graham happy) Step 1 - preheat pan over medium high with olive oil and get the onions ready and rice cooking Step 2 - brown chicken slightly on all sides then in with onions, wait till translucent then add peppercorns, stock pod and Dijon mustard. Step 3 - mix throughly and simmer for 15 to 30 mins until chicken cooks through Step 4 - add cream to taste and season, then serve over a bowl of rice and crack another cold one

I'm sharing one of my favourites with u guys for your camp sites. Journeying around by road is a blessing which too many people cant enjoy. You all are blessed. It's a pleasure watching u all drive those fantastic machines. Chicken with bone. Add turmeric powder Red chilli powder Ginger and garlic paste Chopped onions Marinate for 15 to 20 mins. And cook in olive oil. Add some cooking cream before you serve. And you gave a tasty camp sites dinner. Same can be done with lamb or mutton only in that case the cooking time would increase to 45 mins. Add salt to taste.

I put this on for my toddler because he was wanting "4WD mud videos", next minute he was in bed for his and I had watched the whole thing! Loved it and keen for a trip up Cape York 😊

Australia, we are the lucky country. we’ve got the tracks, camping, fishing and 4WD action. It doesn’t get any better

And in exchange you've got Blue-Ringed Octopus, Rock-fish, and Drop-bears. Somehow that trade seems a little off-balance.

@@anthonythornton8883 It's just not fair how you get all the awesome stuff...In exchange for a couple of creatures and seasons that make your country look like a death-world...

This video is first time ever i watched one of your trips and must saying its awesome adventure. I never owned 4x4 but thinking to buy one after this video :D, even i dont need it :)) but once i visit AUS this kind of travelling is the must. I wish you guys lot fun on the off-road without trucks failures🏁. Greetings from Slovakia 🇸🇰

Like they said. Even a fairly pedestrian 4x4 is capable of a lot. Smaller rigs go places bigger ones don’t. Bigger rigs can be more stable on steep tracks and hold more gear. Both are fun. Hope you got the bug and get one, it’s a lot of fun

First time watching you guys. Seen shows on the cape York trail a few times, but never so wet as your trip here. Deep on my bucket list but hard since I'm in the US. Absolutely enjoyed watching you guys. Liked, subbed, and off to watch more of your videos.

By far the best off-road chanel on KZbin. look forward to watching other adventures you've done. I was a bit surprised you don't run K&N air Filters though???
