This series is actually been very helpful. I just needed someone to play like me, with only a bit of knowledge, and start out. I literally only knew I needed to make tools and a house. Other than that, I was just lost... mining 2066 different materials not knowing what to do with them 😂

Since the comments are stupid now: @TheLORDMJ Thanks for the comment. It's on Fast just because that is what it defaulted to. I never noticed an issues with trees, but I'll mess around with it and see if I can tell a difference. I didn't mean cave entrances per say, I meant normal alcoves, or cut-outs in the wall that make for natural shelters. If you saw the first episode of my new world series way back when, that's what I was referring to. I dug the cave, but the cut-out in the mountain made a great first starting place for a shelter :)

Thanks for the video, i bought the game and dived into it. Later while playing i was like i should search for some tutorials haha, and i found this playlist. Very helpful! I have been walking around using the same sort of seed, but it end up differently. But it's okay, i have like dessert, Savannah like landscape and normal berk/oak areas with lots of mountains and natural caves. I used your guide to find the perfect place to build my "base", it's located in an valley between 2 mountains on a small island (really helpful tip you gave me, because the explosive ones can't reach me there). I got a dirt home with oak tree farm on the roof, got my farm up and bamboo :P I have done some exploration, found some coal and caverns. But i keep having trouble with the mobs, and i haven't been able to find iron yet :\ But i got a base, got my food growing, tree farm, safe from "explosives". My planning for now is to keep upgrading my base, add some walls so the zombies can't enter the safe place haha. Thanks for the videos, really helpful! i'll make sure to watch some more as my survival gets eassier and hope to find some iron soon!

Gage Dingmon A shoutout won't get you any exposure these days. Second, you have only uploaded 1 video and your channel is barely 2 months old. You are going to have to put in a lot more work on your own before you can grow. 3rd, you aren't even subscribed to my channel with either account, nor have you even commented before or liked any videos. Nobody is going to give you a handout on youtube. If you put forth the effort, upload quality videos often, and have a personality people like, you will be taken more seriously. But uploading 1 video in 2 months and then begging for a shoutout will get you blocked by most and ignored by the rest. I'm being honest here, just trying to help so don't take this as hate.

Hi, I love the way you go through some f the basics, and for me who has never played before, its good to watch. However a lot of the things you do, you really don't explain. For instance you say if you want to make a shovel, do this and this, if you want a chest, do this and that, if you want an axe do that and that .. etc But How do you find out how to mke these things??? You have also said that you can die. What happens if you die? Do you just start agaiun, or pick up where you left off? I guess I am saying I love what you do, but if you really want to do something for beginers, you need to explain things and try and remember that some of us, know ABSOLUTLEY nothing. Thanks for the series and I would love to hhear your comments. Thanks
@capp004 жыл бұрын
Well thank you. This is a "lets play" series. So you can learn things from watching me play. But if you want to know exactly how to do the basics, watch my "Beginners Guide". It will teach you how to make all the weapons and tools. Hope that helps.
@andrewnorris38154 жыл бұрын
@@capp00 Thanks for the super fast reply. I guess what I was asking, as i have watched your Beginers Guide, there is no where that says what you can make. If I saterted the game without watching your Beginers Guide, how would I know what tools you can make, and that I need a furnace, is there somewhre within the game that details or these things, or is it just a matter of watching vidoes to find out? I mean, what did you do when you first staterd, how did you know which buttons to press to see the menus, to change from a sword to a pick axe? Do you see what I mean, Where do I et those details :) Thanks again Capp00. All the Best mate, Andrew ... Western Australia

The comment sections seems normal here, so I'm going to read/post until the trolls and spammers find your videos. Let's hope that will never happen. I have a question: Why are you playing on fast graphics? I'm asking because those trees just don't look right to me. Also the cave entrances you mentioned are still there. I think they are generated even more now. I sawed like 7 different cave entrances around my area in my new world. I think that it's the nature of the Amplified world types to have hidden or hard to reach cave entrenches.
