I would not use that word cause of my niece but I am from Marcy projects in Brooklyn NY, the hood, and that word was used by all the people I knew growing up back then hispanics and blacks with each other, hispanics in those hoods identified as black back then cause they sure wasn't white, that said, times have changed, check, people should not say shit like that now, but last I checked racist people don't fuck with African American people by choice at allllllll.
