Doom won't be on earth he will be with Doctor Strange "heading to who every the Mcguffins is to try and stop it" talking their powers to create Battleworld out of the remains of the multiverse. Because if you set this , casual fans are going in with this big fight hyped up , they are going to react with "why did they make Doom work with strange, did they make him good because it's RDJ, I don't understand" before the reveal he planned it after discovering the other Mcguffin. the MCU biggest issue is KZbinrs hyping up things that aren't happening with these high complicated plot lines. Then there is backlash when it doesn't happen. Perception makes and breaks casual fans. Marvel keeps things simple they always have. Because money is in family simple storytelling.

The "CAP Status" board are for Combat Air Patrol (who keep bad planes away from the big boats), they have shown a Carrier in trailers so this will be in the control room of said carrier (I think I saw a Navy officer next to Ross)

I like that they’re using the helmet and mask to give a nod to Sam’s time in the Air Force this way he can also function and help him fly at higher altitudes and at a faster speed without lack of oxygen. I think they might start with a direct analog of the OG team. 1. Cap -> Sam Cap 2. Iron man -> either Rhodey or Ri-Ri 3. Hulk-> She Hulk or Skaar 4. Thor-> Either Hercules or Namor 5. Hawkeye -> Kate Bishop 6. Black Widow-> Yelena I guess it could also be that Ri-Ri, Kate, Yelena, and Skaar are left off to form/Lead the young avengers with some combo of Vision, Shang-Chi, Wong, Monica Rambeau, Peter Quill, Hope Van Dyne, Scott Lang, Daredevil, Bucky, Rhodey, Banner, and Namor to fill the last spots. Ultimately though, I think they leave the next Avengers roster somewhere close to 6 or 7 members like the original with Sam trying to replicate what Cap put together originally. Then you have Kate, Yelena, Skaar, Cassie Lang, Billy & Tommy Maximoff, kamala Khan, Eli Bradley, Ri-Ri Williams, Love, America Chavez, and possibly Miles Morales or Peter Parker to make up the Young Avengers. Maybe even Morgan Stark depending on the timeline or Harley Keener somehow. I also wouldn't be surprised to find out at some point that Cap has kids or grandkids out there somewhere from his life with Peggy.

I love how Marvel are finally pulling together some of the loose threads that were created by unforeseen changes in the direction of Phase 4 and Phase 5. It's been a long time coming but I think it's great. The next time I binge watch all of Avengers and Avengers adjacent MCU content starting with Iron Man it will refresh my knowledge of some of those threads which will be given new meaning in the context of Brave New World and then again with the coming Secret Wars related movies. This has been a 16 year project so far and now reaches back retrospectively to pre-Ironman movies such as The Incredible Hulk and Tobey Maguire's Spiderman. This MCU saga started when I was 43 and now I'm 59 (arguably it started when I was 32 with Spawn or 33 with Blade). I'll be in my sixties and still watching my comic book favourites play out in live action. Mind you Giancarlo Esposito is 66, Harrison Ford is 82 and Stan Lee lived to almost 96. So who says comics are for kids? You're never to old for imagination. Excelsior!

I could care less about test screenings or what critics have to say because a lot of times I don't think they understand what the movie is actually going for. Also I trust Marvel to make GREAT movies. Even Marvel's worst movie is another company's best. I like the stories they're telling and the world they are building. If Sony can get on board and let Marvel guide their hands a little more then I think they'll be just fine as well. Looking forward to it. Thunderbolts looks amazing too!!!

New 6 Avengers - Cap - Shang Chi - She Hulk - Black Panther - Valkyrie - Daredevil Deadpool would be awesome!! And I don’t think they’ll put him on an Avengers team. Reed Richards awesome too, but he’s got a team I chose mostly very charismatic, likable characters. Daredevil adds the street level like Black Widow & Hawkeye did Valkyrie from Ragnarok was badass. We need that version, plus her cosmic power Black Panther brings the brains
