Shuri just enhances it even more by giving it the ability to absorb more, and store it, where as normal Vibranium would just release it instantly and waste a lot of energy.

Tony wasn't trying to shoot Bucky with the missile, he was trying to close the door to prevent him from escaping. He didn't miss. He had other clear opportunities to kill Bucky and Steve during the fight, but he didn't take them. He wanted to hurt, not to kill, imo. It's also possible that the arc reactor firing off when Bucky tried to take it off was an automatic failsafe measure: something automatic, not something that Tony was controlling.

If u think abt it zemo is the most successful marvel villain. His separation of the avengers is the reason Thanos beat them. So in a sense zemo is responsible for half of the universe disappearing.
