One of my favourite parts of Holt’s evolution is his outfits. His stoic uniform never has any major changes but it’s the small things that show how he sees the 99 as family. For example, in season 1 and 2 the cuff links next to his tie are just straight lines but as the seasons progress they are replaced by 99 cuff links.
