Also love the perch strategy. I usually use that to make a safe off a citadel in j space. But never really thought about it for using it for combat sites. Will save some time pre marking the sites with a cloacked ship

Ive just switch from using a HAM loki for c3 ratting to a (now sit down benizie, this one will get you) pulse legion because i was tired of having to bring in 100k missiles every couple days. My clear times have gone down a bit but boy is not bringing bookoos off ammo is nice. I am considering having one of my alts running another t3 with me though.

Lmao, fair enough! I enjoy the Legion, I may not be a fan of lasers, but as I've stated, they have definite advantages, and that lower ammo usage is absolutely one of them! For me, I filled up a Mastodon with ammunition (literally filled) a few weeks back and that'll last me a while, but I fully understand the logistics of hauling ammo to where it's needed!! Glad you're enjoying it!

Love your fits mate. I live in a c2 with c2/ls static so I'm not often able to test directly in c3. About the fit do you really need 125 hp/s or would 100 hp/s passive do aswell? I got a fit that is passive but does almost 800 dps and has a guidance computer for more application.

Benzie do you run incursions? Incursions take a scary amount of information to get into them bit there's a massive lack of decent video content, the incursion community would love if it you did some instructional videos for new bros. Every incursion site pays out a similar amount to a C3 site and only takes around 10 minutes on average.

You really dont need much prep for incursions. I run with Warp To Me Incursions and the line commanders are very good and patient and even more so with newbros. They know what they are doing as they have been doing it for years(Some even for a literal over a decade). Just google Warp to Me incursions and you will have all the necesary info to start flying with them.

Nice video ! Was wondering about the rattle snake but the price is a bit steep, so i wondered would the the scorpion navy issue(which has actual combat stats) be able to efficiently run c3 sites ?

Scorpion navy issue can run c3 sites no problem, but you can get the same results on a praxis for a fraction of the cost.

@@The_Intergalactic_Academy oh I don't do c3 anymore. I run C5s in my vargur. I was just giving my advice on the SNI and praxis. These cruiser fits are great but really slow, great for a beginner though.

how are you finding the hole with no probe ?

In this case, I'm.assuming you've either already scouted or (preferably) that you're part of a corp. Catskull scouts our connections, updates bookmarks and Pathfinder, and we have folks watching the holes during ratting operations.

I only had one modification on this fit, replaced one hardener with a missile guidance computer, as the range isnt enough to hit the upholders. Like this javelins hit up to 33km. Also my dps is not great, 442, but better than nothing. I dont know any other means to increase missile ranges Btw the battleships eat me. I cannot even do fortification frontiers. I lose my shield completely

That's why you need the hardener. You should be able to just about keep range with overheating the AB if you need

@@versinussyrin577 no, you need traversal velocity. Never fly straight at a battleship. You want to keep it as close to 90° from you at all times

I flew my vagabond enough, just the issue is, that webs slow me down so much that it still hits me easily I got to half armor with the 126 hp/per sec boost rate fast Just i dont know how to get through the first wave with 26 km range against ships keeping me nicely at 30

going to try that out. as an alpha player iam limited to level 4 caldary destroyer and only up to level 2 for the shield defences. but who knows maybe it will sitll work with lower ress and less dps and lower drone range

As alpha, I'd stick to C2s for solo wormholing. In a C3, fleet up. They hit hard.

@@captainbenzie well i currently running C3 as alpha with a 80m gnosis (+10m for MTU) the gnosis can run only fortification frontier stronghold in about 20 min, which is very good isk for alpha player. i think if i use this caracal i can run then any C3 site. C2 is just not really worht it :D
