software physical modelling and mic/amp emulation is pretty impressive these days. seems like he has a pretty solid grasp of audio engineering as well. (little shot of a protools project during the end links to the channels referenced; likely had different emulators on the main bus channel strip for each impersonation, as well as apparently making another joke about that particular one). the way he keyed himself into the backgrounds used by other creators is brilliant too. and yah some of the tiny details are the best/funniest parts. pause button ftw. that "code" at 7:00 has like ten jokes in it (I also relate to my own "understanding" of programming, right down to I think I remember some html). the $ symbol for a bleep is hilarious too since swearing can demonitize videos.

It is not out of character for Tom Scott to do that but I think the captioner is referring to the sudden change in tone. He went from a serious character throughout the entire segment to a sudden childish "One take". So the captioner didn't mean that this is out of character of what Tom Scott does just out of character compared to the rest of his tone where he's being very serious. EDIT: But I do feel the Out of character, is unnecessary and causes confusion
